Carlos is is a recurring character and survivor in The Last Ones.
Pre-Apocalypse[]
Little to nothing is known about Carlos's early life.
Post Apocalypse[]
Not much is known about what happened to Carlos after the apocalypse other than at some point he joined the train station camp led by Blaine.
Carlos remained loyal to Blaine and left the camp with him after Blaine killed several of the group he presumably lost control of. The group moved to an old restaurant.
Season Two[]
El Lobo Solitario[]
Carlos is first seen when Lorna Thompson, who is after Blaine, sneaks up on the camp. She spots Blaine and his people surrounding Frank, who is shot by Blaine. Reginald asks Blaine who attacked their old camp if it wasn't Frank. Blaine explains it was some military survivors they were stupid to cross and that Eli Loche was supposed to deal with them. Blaine then talks about Eli's death, and Carlos shares his view that Eli did a lot for them and that his loss is a shame. Blaine asks for Frank's body to be taken away and burnt. He then leaves to get some sleep. Lorna sneaks into the base and kills three of Blaine's people: Austin, John, and Bailey. She is caught by Blaine, and taken at gunpoint.
Carlos and the other survivors of Lorna's assault gather round Lorna who has Blaine's gun against her head. She reveals she's killing them all because they worked with and aided Eli, who caused her a lot of pain. Blaine goes to shoot Lorna, but is distracted when Don is shot in the head and killed. Blaine is also shot in the shoulder. He and the rest of his people believe themselves to be under attack by a group and so they flee.
Trojan[]
Carlos accompanies Blaine as he tries to persuade Alexis Norton to allow him and his people access to Victoria. She refuses. Carlos is furious by the rejection, but Blaine tells him to shut up. They then depart from Victoria.
Last Orders[]
Blaine, who has returned to his restaurant camp, is approached by Carlos, who asks why their people are remaining there when there's a safe-town, Victoria, just mere miles away that they can go and take. Blaine explains to Carlos that it's not as simple as going there, killing Alexis and taking over. Blaine makes it clear that he isn't a leader and that says that eventually, Alexis will have no choice but to come to him and ask for his help. When Carlos asks what they're supposed to do in the mean-time, Blaine replies "wait."
Seconds Out[]
Carlos accompanies Blaine as they attempt to track and kill Lorna in the woods close to Summerlyn City as Alexis requested it of them. They find her but she kills Jackson and cuts off Jim's hand. Blaine is knocked out before he can kill her. Upon waking up, Blaine calls off the search. Later, the group arrive in Victoria, where they watch as Blaine announces to the residents that they are now living under a dictatorship led by Alexis.
Stranger at the Door[]
Four months later, Carlos attends a feast in Victoria to celebrate the birth of Catelyn's baby. Carlos is present when Noah Ashby arrives the complex to speak to Alexis.
No Democracy[]
When Paul steals from the pantry, Blaine has Carlos and Nate beat him in the middle of town in front of the other residents. Later, an escape attempt by various residents takes place, Carlos helps Blaine in trying to stop them. He stops Zahra and Trudy from escaping and takes Catelyn to the infirmary after she is shot in the leg. He then locks Jasmin, Zahra, and Trudy in one of the basements as punishment.
One Fell Swoop[]
When a meeting is planned by the residents of Midway and Noah's community, Jasmin is sent into Midway as a spy. Carlos meets with her in secret and gets the location and time of the upcoming meeting. Carlos participates in an ambush planned by Blaine. They kill and wound several of them until they are attacked by Jock, who almost gets the better of them. Carlos and Blaine work together to trick him and take him out.
Significant Sayonora[]
When Alexis discovers the truth about Blaine's ambush, she has him banished from the community. Carlos, Noreen, and Reginald are furious, but Blaine tells them to stand down as he intends to make things right and then return.
Now. Before. After.[]
Blaine does return and ends up coming up with a plan to destroy Midway with a bomb, which is ultimately successful. Carlos also witnesses the death of Paul at the hands of Blaine when he tries to abandon town. Later, Carlos and Laurie are tasked with training the civilians of Victoria to fight and how to use firearms.
End of This Place[]
Carlos takes part in a final battle between the survivors from Midway and Victoria. He shoots and kills Lawrence when he attempts to flee from the battle. Carlos is then shot and killed by Shiloh.
